Return & Refund Policy

1. Make a Return to Rens Original

Please note, that we only process returns if you made a valid purchase on our e-commerce webstore. For issues related to crowdfunded Rens sneakers, please contact support@rensoriginal.com. We handle returns within 1-3 business days of receiving your return email request. 

US, Canada, and EU markets (US - rensoriginal.com, Canada - rensoriginal.ca, EU - rensoriginal.eu)
*We offer free returns for orders in the EU except for Latvia, Estonia, Norway, and Switzerland.

  • Contact support@rensoriginal.com and request a return shipping label
  • Remove all external shipping labels and stickers from the Rens Original shoe box.
  • Box up the new/unworn item with all original packing. Item(s) must be returned in the original shoebox.
  • Print and attach the shipping label to the outside of the shoe box, and secure the box closed.
  • Take the parcel to the package drop-off point.
  • Once your return has been received & processed, we will contact you directly with details for the exchange/refund
UK Markets (UK - rensoriginal.co.uk)

The returns are handled by the Royal Mail online portal.
Please find the instructions below:

  • Go to: https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/pick-a-retailer
  • Choose “OGOship Return” in the dropdown and press “GO”
  • Confirm the parcel meets the size and weight requirements which is less than 20kg (Max sizes = 1 pair - 1.4kg; 2 Pairs: 2.5kg; 3 Pairs: 3.6kg)
  • Fill in the needed information - In completing the form, you may be required to include the tracking link from the original shipment.
  • Either arrange a pickup or drop off based on your preferences.
  • If no paperless return is available, choose either to print the labels or have them printed as per the guidance on the page
  • Remember to save the receipt of the return until you get a confirmation about the return arriving and has been accepted by our warehouse.
  • PLEASE Send us an email with the picture of the tracking label or tracking ID that you receive so that we can track the item from our end. Clarify, in the email, how many items or which items you returned if had more than one item in your order.
  • Once your return has been received & processed, we will contact you directly with details for the exchange/refund.

Global Market (Global store - global.rensoriginal.com)
We offer a one-time 30-day free exchange.
Please note, we only process returns if you made a valid purchase on global.rensoriginal.com.
To get this exchange, please contact support@rensoriginal.com.

All transactions through global.rensoriginal.com are conducted in US dollars (USD).
Any and all refunds will be executed in the USD value charged at the time of purchase.
Rens is not responsible for losses incurred due to currency
fluctuations between the dates of purchase and refund, bank conversion charges, and/or any other related fees.


2. Refund Process and Timeframe

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days of receiving your return.
  • The warehouse will inspect all merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns.
  • Once your return has been processed and evaluated as new/unworn, you will receive a return email confirmation.
  • Depending on the credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post.

3. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@rensoriginal.com.
