You can return your order within 30 days after receiving the product. The product can be returned either for a refund or an exchange. In order to make a return, the product must be in new and unworn condition, with all tags attached and the original packaging contents enclosed in the original box. Do you offer wide sizes?

Rens come with standard, medium-size width however the 4-way stretch material may be flexible enough to comfortably accommodate a slightly wider fit.

How should I clean my Rens?

We recommend using a small amount of any standard, non-solvent based detergent, and a clean cloth to wipe away any grime that won’t come off with a quick rinse.

Didn’t love the color, but they Erie for the Ukraine. Filling the order took too long-my daughter had to mail them to me after we had left her house in another state.

Great shoes

As well as being ethically produced and looking good, these shoes are super comfy. The sole is highly cushioned and flexible. The elastic around the ankle is a perfect fit; not too tight but no slipping. I love them.

Good for Humanity and Good for the Planet

Very impressed by the comfort and look of these shoes. I bought them to help the Ukraine so it was a colour combo which might not have been my first choice. However they are really looking good with jeans and my increasingly blue wardrobe! They are are also delightful to wear - first outing was walking round London and a gallery and then swiftly walking back to catch a train in a hurry. So comfortable! I’ll definitely be considering another pair - perhaps in a more sober colour next time!

I brought the red because the blue weren’t in my size . They arrived a day early and in perfect condition. I was nervous trying them on because I thought the size 39 might be on the tight size, I needn’t have worried, they fitted perfectly and they are so comfortable. I will definitely get a second pair if the blue comes back in my size . Thank you for making these . As I’m in Ireland, I will definitely find out how waterproof they are , but of course, today is sunny. I would definitely recommend this company.
